Hey W- hope you’re doing well. I’ve been pretty absent from OPPO in recent weeks and months with work and family duties. I still make a share to OppoBlog once in a while, but it’s pretty infrequent, unfortunately. Hey Dave, I am doing well, thanks, and likewise busy with work, renovating a home and the rest of daily life.
It hasn’t been brought up with the mods as far as I’m aware - this is likely due to PJ choosing to take a bit of a Oppo/mod sabbatical (unrelated to that conversation).
As for bringing more attention to Oppoblog, I don’t think the rest of the mods really want to take on any more Oppo related responsibility. Moderating is definitely onerous enough on its own at times.
The only way I see to bring more attention to it is probably a short round-up of posts (weekly at most) posted on the site itself and shared to Oppo. I think a simple reminder post shared every so often would get repetitive and offer diminishing returns.
I still share posts regularly, as I see them, but don’t really have time to commit to a regular post. If you have some time and want to take it on, have other ideas, want to bring others on board or any combination of the above I’m all ears though.

Glad to hear things are good; the home renovation sounds like a big job!
I think just making OppoBlog an “official” part of OPPO and listing it whenever the rules, call for authorship, etc. are mentioned would help in get into the general Opponaut consciousness a little better. Adding the “related blogs” thing would be cool, too, and others could be added there like LaLD and Overland&Expedition.
Besides that, you’re right, bringing back Best of OPPO would be the best way to get the attention these posts deserve. I wish I could commit to it, but can’t right now. Maybe down the line I could - I’ll keep it in mind.
Regardless, I’m glad you’re keeping it alive, and I’ll keep helping whenever I find time for it. And I’ll keep mentioning it to anyone I hear complaining about all the “clutter” posts on OPPO - ha!
